2. Information we process and why

Contact form and direct enquiries

When you use the contact form, email us, call us, or message us through another channel, we process the information you provide. This may include your first and last name, email address, telephone number, message, and related correspondence.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss requested services, take steps before entering into a contract, and manage the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR—our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating our company.

The name and email fields in the form are required so we can identify and reply to you. If you do not provide them, the form cannot be submitted. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.

Technical website data

Website and security infrastructure may process standard request data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and security events. This is used to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults, and prevent misuse on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling on this website.

3. Service providers and international transfers

We use service providers only where needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries:

• Websupport s. r. o. provides website hosting and related infrastructure. See Websupport privacy information.
• Web3Forms / Web3Creative processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox. Its infrastructure includes providers such as Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Hetzner. Web3Forms operates from India and may process data in multiple regions; it states that EEA transfers use safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses. Social-media buttons on this website are ordinary links, not embedded feeds or tracking widgets. The relevant platform receives information only when you choose to follow a link, after which its own privacy terms apply.

4. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. The exact period therefore depends on the nature and outcome of the enquiry. Web3Forms states that form submission data is retained for a maximum of three years, unless a shorter plan period applies or it is deleted earlier.

5. Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• erase personal data or restrict its processing;
• provide eligible data in a portable format;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
• withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media embeds, pixels, or browser storage for marketing or profiling. Hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical storage to deliver and protect the site. Consent is not required for storage that is strictly necessary for the requested service.

Because no optional cookies are active, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. If we add analytics, advertising, embedded media, or another non-essential technology in the future, this notice will be updated and a consent control will be shown before that technology runs.
